“Rand Werrin” is the biggest jerk I know. He rents out the back of the parking lot, charges COLLEGE STUDENTS for spots that aren’t even his property, and the biggest liar I personally know. While changing a flat tire, our jack broke and he began to complain and scream how we cannot move to a lower spot in the lot (due to the slight incline) and park there to change our tire. Keep in mind, I am on a property that does not belong to him nor the dentist office. He scams people out by charging $100 for a spot (that you better pray you don’t get blocked in for!). Then when you ask for a refund because he was charging you for a spot on a property that does not belong to you, he will claim that even though he “doesn’t need the money,” he will only refund you half the money because he is cheap and greedy. Also, he sprays on the concrete and will get spray paint on your vehicle, and take zero accountability for it. Dr. Werrin- if you see this I truly hope you find out why you are so miserable and stop scamming out college students just trying to get by! The only reason why this review is being posted here is because he claims this is his office, and I don’t think someone as rude as him dese

Dr Grendel had been my dentist for 20 years, probably. In fact I introduced his previous long time hygienist to her husband. The last time I saw him, if I recall, he insisted I pay in advance for the procedure/service.. whichever it was. And then discharged me from the practice as I had had a completely unrelated problem with treatment received at Pitt Dental School and found it necessary to file suit against them (Pitt). No depth to the man. If he's still practicing, he shouldn't, he's got to be too old.

Dr. Gruendel has been my dentist for over 20 years and I have the upmost respect for his skills, knowledge and "bedside manner." He is thorough, meticulous and thoughtful...not only in terms of his concern and care in doing the best work possible but also insuring that you are comfortable during the dental procedure. He only recommends work that you really need, not dentistry that you can wait on for years. He is not impulsive, authoritarian, or assertive but discusses your options in a collegial manner. The staff is excellent including Amy who is his right hand and I think at times knows what he is going to do before he does since they have been working together for so long. Jana has been my hygienist and she is meticulous and thorough in her work. In short, you will be pleased and grateful that you chose this practice.

I first consulted with Dr. Gruendel (and Amy) several years ago, in my search for a Dentist who could perform major restorative work. Immediately, I had complete trust and confidence. The office is state-of-the-art, but in an understated, sophisticated but practical way; there is no pretense or flashiness. Always, Everything was explained thoroughly and with respect. It took me several years to be able to afford the extensive and complicated work necessary to effect my transformation, but Dr. Gruendel and Amy were so patient and supportive and Dr. Gruendel was so generous with his time and expertise and went out of his way to help me recover my lost smile and my lost self. He is truly a meticulous artist, a gentleman and a professional. And - like ever great man - his professional greatness is made possible to an incalculable degree - by a great Righthand Woman (Amy), who anticipates and organizes any and everything, all with both efficiency and grace, including moving Heaven and Earth to squeeze me in every single time that I experienced a mishap with temporary structures throughout the transformation process. Dr. Gruendel has been my dentist for close to 20 years now. He and his entire staff is just amazing, especially his assistant Amy Porter. She is very polite and attentive. I've always had the best experience whether I go in a for a regular cleaning or a dental procedure. Just last week, they were able to accommodate me over a few hours notice and correct the problem that I was experiencing. I trust Dr. Gruendel and would recommend this practice to all of my family and friends.

I was having an issue with my tooth, but I kept putting off going to the dentist. I finally decided to see Dr. Young, and I’m so glad I did! He was very professional, accommodating, and caring. Not only did he fix the tooth I was having an issue with, but he also took care of another one that could have potentially caused me issues. Dr. Young explained every step, took his time, and was very thorough! My tooth feels great! The facility was very clean and high tech. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

I love this office. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. They start the day at early hours which works well with a lot of schedules for medical professionals. They also work with you and your insurance to try and get all procedures and exams covered. The hygienists are all so knowledgeable about oral hygiene and care. They do a full clinical examination including screening for head and neck cancer which is sadly something I haven’t experienced at most other dental offices before. The dentists are all professional and give you their honest recommendation rather than try to do unnecessary procedures. I feel like this truly is an academic practice and have only had great experiences here. They also are taking COVID precautions seriously and the facility is clean and updated. Highly recommend.

I've been with Dr. Eans since he was a student at the dental school. He had a great reputation at the school. I have never regretted making the decision to keep him through all my dental concerns. I now have 32 wonderful looking teeth. I once got a compliment from a chiropractor for such beautiful teeth and when I told her they were dentures she looked shocked. Everybody in the office is easy to deal with. All in all, a wonderful place to get your dental needs done. Len
